ARRIVAL AT THE VENUE
Our wedding venue is the Dodford Manor Barn, located at the Main Street, Dodford, Northampton NN7 4SR. All wedding activities are happening at this venue.

WEDDING CEREMONY
Our magical journey begins at 3:00pm sharp as we exchange vows and unite as partners for life in front of our beloved family and friends. Please arrive early to be comfortably seated. Ceremony will take only 30 minutes.

DRINKS AND CANAPÉS RECEPTION
Immediately following the ceremony, guests are invited to kick off the celebrations with refreshing drinks and delicious canapés in the outdoor courtyard (should weather permit, if not we will stay indoors). This is the perfect opportunity to mingle, offer your congratulations to the newlyweds, and enjoy the company of your fellow revelers.

During this time, the newlyweds will be captures in gorgeous photos with their bridal party, family and friends. While they're occupied creating these timeless memories, guests can continue to enjoy the cocktail reception.

DINNER
The party moves indoors where you'll be treated to an exquisite seated dinner with free-flowing beverages. Get ready to indulge in culinary delights carefully prepared by our talented chefs.

BAR OPENS
With dinner service completed, the bar will open allowing guests to enjoy alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages throughout the remainder of the evening's festivities.

FIRST DANCE
Prepare to be wowed as the newlyweds take to the dance floor for their memorable first dance as a married couple, supported by the energy of a live DJ.

CAKE CUTTING, SPEECHES
After working up an appetite on the dance floor, refuel with decadent wedding cake, followed by heartfelt speeches from loved ones. A cheese and biscuit course will also be served.

LAST CALL
Last call at the bar will be announced at this time, so get those final drinks in before...

To make your travels more convenient, we have secured a special discounted room rate for our wedding guests at the beautiful Staverton Park Hotel. This rate of £98.95 includes an overnight stay, full English breakfast, and access to all the hotel's fabulous amenities during your stay.
An online booking code has been created exclusively for our guests: KLEE080924
This code can be used on the hotel's website (stavertonpark.com) when booking your accommodations up until 6 weeks prior to our wedding date. We kindly request that you please book online for ease and efficiency.
A block of rooms has been reserved for the night before the wedding, and a number of rooms for the night of the wedding itself. Any unclaimed rooms from this allocation will be released 6 weeks out, so we encourage you to book early to secure your spot!
